Every Child Matters Season Check-In
Use it to check in on your culture, your classes, and the experience your students are having all season long.
A great dance studio is not built around only the most talented child in the room. It is built around every single dancer who walks through your doors — the beginner in the back row, the child struggling with confidence, the recreational dancer who simply loves the music, and the student on stage.
This season check-in gives you and your faculty a moment to pause, reflect, and make sure that what you believe about belonging, encouragement, and teaching is actually showing up in your everyday classrooms, hallways, and casting choices.
